If you have struggled with acne, you are fully aware how cumbersome it is. Likewise if you have found a product line that cleared your acne-afflicted skin, you know how satisfying that is. After some personal debate, I decided to share with regard to my battle with problem skin, and the success with a particular product line. Tired of dealing with the constraints of acne, and with encouragement from a friend, I decided to try the Proactiv Solution System. I am most pleased with the positive benefits reaped.
Two Stanford-trained dermatologists, Dr. Katie Rodan and Dr. Kathy Fields created the Proactiv Solution system. To date many teens and adults have used this line with success, including celebrities: Judith Light, Vanessa Williams, and Stephaine Seymour. Importantly... the main point of this epinion isn't about the product claims, there are plenty, nor about the testimonies offered via the manufacturer, rather it is to let you know that the Proactiv Solution Revitalizing Toner assisted toward clearing my skin. Used along with the cleanser and lotion, I began to notice a difference in one week and the positive results continued.
Unlike some toners, I don't feel that Proactiv Solution Revitalizing Toner has a strong or offensive odor. Rather the fragrance appears calm with a slight undertone of Rose. This product is easy to squeeze out of the bottle, and simple to apply. After cleansing my face with Proactiv Solution Renewing Cleanser, I like to apply Proactiv Solution Revitalizing Toner with a cotton pad. We are instructed to apply this toner to cleansed skin morning and night. Originaly I used the toner daily, morning and night, on my entire face. Currently I use this product daily, on my occasionaly oily t-zone. Directions suggest applying this toner using a cotton ball or padding, allowing to dry, and apply rest of skin care regimen. We are warned to use a sunscreen when venturing outdoors.
This toner, one of several Proactiv products, retails for approximately $16.00 for the 4 oz bottle or can be purchased within various kit options. Although this toner can be purchased separately I strongly recommend using the Basic 3-Step System which includes the Renewing Cleanser, Revitalizing Toner, and the Repairing Lotion. I have purchased it both solo and kit-inclusive but always use the Toner in conjunction with the Cleanser and Lotion. It is likely that you will reap substantial savings when purchased within a kit option. Normally my purchases are made via QVC.
I recommend Proactiv Solution Revitalizing Toner for those with acne-afflicted skin. You will reap the most benefit when using it along with the Proactiv Solution Cleanser and Lotion. This toner is a refreshing step within my skin care regimen.
It is my opinion that this toner is easy to use, product claims are true, and that it is an affordable option for those with acne-afflicted skin. I recommend this toner, but as mentioned, suggest using it along with the cleanser and lotion. For additional insight with regard to my opinion about the Proactiv Solution system:
