I recently purchased the Rival 6 qt. crockpot (in ivy) with the removable ceramic liner. I love that it is so easy to clean now, my old crock pot was a beast to clean, because the liner didn't come out. I also love the size, I can cook a whole chicken and all the veggies to go with and have a complete meal with only one pot to clean! Add some bread and maybe a salad, and suddenly I look like supermom! My major beef with this particular pot is that the exterior gets HOT, HOT, HOT. So hot that I won't leave it on my countertops while I am gone (I put it on the stove top) and I watch is very carefully at all other times because the exterior is so hot that I think it could burn a small child (which I have 2 of). If I had it to do over again, I would but one with thicker sides and some sort of insulation built in. I think Corning makes one like this.
