Now I know why proctor silex does not have a website to take complaints, I was almost electrocuted today just trying to make coffee. What a mess, coffee was everywhere but in the pot that it was to go into. All over the counter, the mat in front of my sink and the oak cabinets that will probably be coffee stained forever. I have NO idea what happened but I will never buy anything from proctor silex again, I value my life far more than a cup of coffee!!!
