| KelliandJoseph's Full Review: Propel Water |
Here I am pregnant and the doctor says my amniotic fluid is low, meaning I better drink more water or I will be on bedrest like my first pregnancy.
Ughhh --- water is so boring! I like flavor! I thought oh well I will just have to force myself to drink water... hahaha that last a whole few days!
Then I was telling some coworkers and they all recommended PROPEL WATER by Gatorade. They all told me it is flavored water and it isn't bad tasting. Well if it is better than Gatorade I will give it a try.
Is it expensive? I purchased 4 - 700 ml (23.7 oz) bottles for about $5.00 (averages 1.25 each). The second time I purchased 6 - 500 ml (16.9 oz) bottles for about $3.50 (averages .59 each). More expensive than a pop, but better for me, as it contains vitamins.
PROPEL Packaging? These are in light blue plastic bottles with your choice of either a twist & drink spout or a twist off lid. I prefer the twist & drink spout as there is no lid to lose!
PROPEL is Healthy for me! It is hard to believe but PROPEL water is non-carbonated and caffeine free. And as an added bonus you get vitamins included:
* Vitamin C & E - 10% of Daily Value included in 1 serving (these aid in energy metabolism)
* Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12 and Niacin - 25% of Daily Value included in 1 serving (antioxidants which help prevent cancer, heart disease, and stroke)
Thank you PROPEL, I need all the vitamins I can get! Now if they could just find a way to add protein, as my doctor says I need more protein.
Dieting? This is a no-brainer with PROPEL water. There is only 10 calories in each 8 ounce (240 ml) serving, and better yet you don't get the carbonation or caffeine that you get in diet pop.
What are the PROPEL flavors? I have only tried the Kiwi-Strawberry which I really like. It is just enough taste for me to want to drink it, but not to much to make me feel like I should just drink pop. There is also Berry, Lemon, Peach, Orange, Tropical Citrus, Grape, and Black Cherry. I am sure to try some of these when I get tired of the Kiwi-Strawberry.
Results since drinking PROPEL? I have more energy! I feel better overall! I love it! I will continue buying it!
Where do I get PROPEL water? I have found it at my local Walmart Stores and my local Dillons Stores.
I will recommend PROPEL water to everyone from now on. I am finding myself drinking more water without wishing I was drinking pop instead. I am sure you will thank me for recommending PROPEL to you, as I am also sure my baby will be thanking me for drinking PROPEL water as well.
