Pros:Replenishes, energizes and protects. Zero calories, great tasting, sugar free and low sodium. Refreshing.
Cons:Only if you don't like the taste of grape.
The Bottom Line:
A zero calorie nutrient enhanced water beverage that replenishes and energizes. It's low in sodium, tastes great and quenches my thirst. Seven great flavors.
Recently, I wrote a review about Powerade Zero Fruit Punch which is a great tasting sports drink that replenishes the body's sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium lost in sweat. It also has vitamins that helps the body metabolize energy from food.

Choosing a good sports drink is a matter of trial and error and I prefer to write about the ones I enjoy and reap benefits from: Propel Zero is one of these drinks.
Propel Zero is another great nutrient enhanced water beverage that replenishes your body with vitamins and protects it with antioxidants. There are 7 flavors to choose from; grape, berry, black cherry, lemon, blueberry pomegranate, kiwi-strawberry and peach. I prefer the grape and berry.
There are 16.9 fl ozs in each plastic bottle. With a screw top lid and smaller opening, they're easier to drink straight from the bottle than the larger Powerade plastic bottles where I usually had to pour in a glass or use a long straw. The center of the bottle is smaller for easier gripping whereas the Powerade bottles had no grip at all. I like these bottles better for traveling as they fit in my drink holder without any trouble. I'll grab one when heading out the door to drink while going to town or when mowing the yard. They're refreshing and keeps my body hydrated while on the go.
You can also buy Propel Zeroin the powder form if you don't mind mixing it up. It would probably be cheaper but I usually buy a case in the bottles at Walmart for around $6.
Water, Citric Acid, Sodium Hexametaphosphate (To Protect Flavor), Natural Flavor, Potassium Sorbate (Preserves Freshness), Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Sucralose, Sodium Citrate, Potassium Citrate, Acesulfame Potassium, Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), Calcium Disodium EDTA (To Protect Flavor), Vitamin E Acetate, Calcium Pantothenate (Vitamin V5), Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6)
Two servings per bottle but it's one serving per 16 oz bottle for me. I'll continue to sip on it until it's all gone.

What about the taste? It's lightly flavored grape and reminds me of the old Grape Ne-hi's from my youth. The faint tinge of purple lets you know you're buying the grape flavored drink. The other drink bottles are the same. If you're buying lemon, there's a tinge of yellow to the bottle from the lemon flavored drink. The bottle caps also let you know which flavor you're buying.
Propel Zero is very refreshing. If I've been working outside and want something to drink, a nice cold Propel hits the spot and re-energizes a rather tired body. Stick one in the freezer for about 10 minutes and you have a super COLD drink on a very hot day!
Definitely recommended. Zero calories, flavored, low sodium and quenches my thirst. Two thumbs up!
Help the environment by recycling your bottles.
