Prototype
Prorotype is a great Open world action game that takes place in Manhattan. Open world games are games that you can choose various things to do. You can play in a free mode or go to different areas to do different side mission's. Prototype is a game based on a Virus that is released in New York. Alex your character is kind of a villain, but not a really evil one. Alex is also dealing with identity crisis as he can't remember who he is. You are stuck in a War that has Mutant's, Military, and Alex, you are on your own. This is a fast action based game, in the first few minutes there are ton's of people to kill.

Graphics
The graphics in Prototype are looking pretty good. There is a rich environment, the scenery looks really good. The graphics of building's people, and bosses are very detailed they look really good. The city of New York has a good impression on the appearance of a war. There is blood and bullet's going everywhere that look good as well. There is pretty cool cinema movies in the game also that look very good, there are also special visual's for doing certain moves, these can be entertaining for a while! I have not noticed any bad glitches yet. Building's look great when there blowing up I think it looks pretty cool. The graphics are great but not the best I give Prototype a 7.5/10 for graphics. 

Sound 
Alex does not talk much so you don't really hear him. There are a lot of battle sound's however. The sound's of gun's and explosion's going off sound great. But the sound of running on building's sound's as if your walking on the ground. Voice expression's weren't done very well. They needed more depth to there voices. Sound happens when you see it happening, with no bad sound delays, sound runs smooth. Music is pretty good, there's not a bunch of lame crap playing over and over again, you kind of get into the music but not a whole lot. I thought the sound quality was pretty good, but needed a little more work done it, I would give it a 8/10. 

Controls
The controls can be very frustrating in Prototype. It's frustrating when you have buttons that preform different things. It sucks when your guy does something you didn't want him to. The running button is the same as the dash button, this gets very old when your fighting a boss and poof ya just messed up. Getting into vehicles is lame as well, Alex takes his sweet time high jacking vehicles, by the time you get in your "somewhere else." I give the controls a 7/10 because you can get angry at them.

Game play
The game play is what makes the game so great. There are many options to choose from. You can run around and cause random chaos. There is a story mode to pick from, side mission's, event's, challenges, item collecting or free roaming. This is what makes these games so fun, you can do whatever you want. The missions are fun and they get bigger as you progress through the game. You can also consume people and take there memories this can be very fun! There are stealth mission's that I never really liked to much. You have to consume people stealth fully while running off with someone, getting in there clothes, coming back, and the AI thinks it's fine. For a game this in depth this was not there best idea. There are other cool things to do as well. You can dash across building,s, but not very far length-ed. The coolest part of the game is battling the Military. It's always fun to destroy random Military vehicles at least for me. I enjoy the battling, the game wouldn't be the same without it. 

My Thoughts
I think that this was a really great game. There are all sorts of fun things to do. When you get bored doing something you can always have another choice. It's fun battling in a city that continually falls down. There is lot's of great game play in Prototype, I enjoy picking up this game and playing it several times a week after I beat it. I think this is the most important feature in a game, what's the point of playing it if your just going to put 20 hours beating it twice and never playing it again. For those of you that like open world game play this is highly recommended. If you enjoy running around doing a mission here and there while killing Innocent civilians well, you'll have a blast. This would not be a game good for the little ones there is blood, violence, and other things not suitable for children. If you don't want your kids to see these kind of things I recommend hiding or not getting this game. I think this is not a game that you should rent first before you buy, if you like open world get it if you don't like open world games don't get it.  Overall this is a great game that I think most would enjoy I've had Lot's of fun playing Prototype and many of my friends enjoy playing it as well.
