Great tasting water and stellar guarantee

Pros: Easy installation and filter changing. EXCELLENT product support!

Cons: Product life was not up to warranty years.

This product is very easy to install – even for the most inept “handy man”. A twist of the filter container and you have better tasting water with fewer pollutants. Another twist and you can wash your dishes or water plants with just plain tap water. The filters last about two months at my house.


My unit -- the same as shown above but in black -- only lasted two years. I immediately purchased another, but before I installed I called the 800 number for PUR to find that they would happily and without even a receipt – send me a new unit. The warranty is ten years and it appears that PUR is standing behind that with a no hassle policy.
