Pros: Fairly easy to install
Cons: No help available from Pyle
The Bottom Line: Extremely poor support from Pyle. Player does not work, now. I plan to replace it with another brand and use this one for trash can filler.

After purchasing this CD player (new) from seller on EBAY I installed it myself with little problem. It played fine for about 8 months. Since then it has been a difficult product. It has a reset button to use when things go wrong, such as CD not ejecting or operation keys not working. About 4 months ago I started having to use this reset button at least every week, mainly to get the CD to eject. Sometimes I had to reset it multiple times before it would work. Over the last couple of months it has got increasingly worse with the last two weeks being very frustrating. The unit now operates only sparingly either the CD or radio is always out. I've called and emailed the manufacturer asking for help and have yet to receive a call or email back. No support from company!! I would not recommend this product simply because of the lack of support. While the unit is sharp looking, I've been extremely disappointed in it's performance and lack of support from the manufacturer.
