| mama5's Full Review: Quaker Instant Oatmeal Weight Management, Maple Br... |
This oatmeal lacks the full flavor I had anticipated. I felt it could use more flavor so, you do find yourself adding extras to it which then defeats the purpose of weight control. I had to add butter and sweetener did be able to eat it. It did make me feel full until lunch though. This helped in my weight loss efforts. It states it is designed to help with weight management without sacrificing taste. I would have to disagree with that statement. Taste was my biggest problem with this product. The price was $ 3.34 and it does have a few good points. It is low in saturated fat, low in sugar, High in dietary fiber, High in iron, High in niacin, High in riboflavin, High in thiamin, High in Vitamin A, And high in vitamin B6. Another good thing is the ease to prepare 1 envelope to 1/3 water and cook for about 1 min in microwave. My family did not like the taste so they quickly lost interest in the product and usually this is their favorite flavor. All in all I would not purchase it again.
