This is a Most Helpful Review. You made all the recipes sound great! Good info and analysis of the chapters; it's nice to see a non-fiction book review actually explaining what's in the book. I'm usually leary of anything diet, but maybe this is a cookbook worthy of consideration. Thanks for the recommendation!
