It's tiny size makes it perfect for all athletic activities. Great for running because it attaches to upper arm and keeps your hands free and won't interfere with arm swing.
It's also good for lifting weights because of it's small size and elastic arm-band. It doesn't get in the way or constrict the muscle.
The sound is good and clear and it gets loud without getting distorted. It holds just over an hour of music and is easy to reload MP3's.
The software wasn't that great, but it does the job without being complicated.
I had to get new earphones since these kept slipping off my ears and filling up with sweat. That made a big difference in the sound too! Quite an improvement.
The only real down-point is the cheesey plastic case. It's uncomfortable against the skin and has stretched out already.
