I bought this clock radio/cd player in October, 2008, and I really like it. The sound is really good for a radio/cd player costing no more than $60.00. It has so many features, many of which I will not use, but the overall quality feels good and it sounds much nicer than most clock radios. I like waking to music, but my other radios would always "lose" their stations periodically, but this one stays dead on with the digital tuning. The clock also sets itself when you set the switch to your time zone, and there is a button for daylight savings time (if your state utilizes daylight savings). I also like that the light dims at night on the display, so its not glaring into your face, yet still bright enough to see, even if you are vision-challenged. The unit also stands up nice and tall, so the time display is easy to see, as well as the buttons you use daily (i.e., radio on/off, snooze). I have cats who were always knocking my old radios off the nightstand, but this one is substantial enough to stay put. So far there is nothing that I do not like about this clock radio/CD player once you figure out how to use it. That part is a little challenging, but once you overcome that - its smooth sailing! I do believe this is a nice unit for the money.
