Yeah, yeah, yeah.... (Reply to this comment)

A good hoppy pale ale is definitely a winner with barbecue (especially if the sauce leans towards the spicy), but I've gotten to love my barbecue with a maltier accompaniment. I especially like helles, bocks, and dopplebocks with my barbecue because the sweet malt flavors with the cara kick just meld so naturally with the barbecue flavors --- kind of like brown sugar flavor does in the sauce.
Cheers!

Yeah, it's crazy. Ah well. We'll be complaining about the cold before long. But there's beer for that, too.
Cheers!

In Nashville (Reply to this comment)

we were in the 90's also with high humidity.
I thought it surely couldn't be that hot so decided to do some raking in the yard. I've been busy picking up debris from the storms.
ACK. I toughed it out for about an hour and then said to heck with it. I've decided I like rubbish! :)
Keep chilling as we're gonna stay hot for at least the next week.
