We were really impressed with everything about this hotel when we stayed there in December 2003. Check in was very speedy and the room was better than we could have hoped for. Large, well-heated (with a thermostat), plenty of closet space, and a beautiful bathroom.

The location is incredible - situated just off the Magnificent Mile, less than five minute's walk from Water Tower Place, about fifteen minutes from Navy Pier and about a ten minute walk from "Chicago" subway station.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay here.
