Cons: unnecessary pesticide use
This is an example of heavy duty OVERKILL. The newest approaches to flea control involve treating the animal systemically with a biological flea killer - there are a number of products that do this very effectively with almost zero risk. Fogging an entire room is really not the way to go.. Do you want to fill a room or rooms in your house with insecticide that will then settle everywhere?
A better approach is to thoroughly vacuum especially carpets and upholstery and where your animals sleeps. Treat the animal on vet's recommendations. Do NOT fog.. It is overkill and it doesn't even work that well when compared to the other approaches..

unless you just like the thrill of seeing an entire room fill up with toxic mist.
