Pros:17 buttons, sleek and stylish design, useful software, perfect for gamers, thumb trainers, adjustable DPI
Cons:expensive for a mouse.
The Bottom Line: Highly recommended for gamers who don't mind spending a little extra for a great mouse.
On Razer's official site, they claim "The Razer Naga is the ultimate MMO Gaming mouse that shifts the balance between keyboard and mouse...". It's a lot of hype to live up to. Fortunately the Naga is not only a fantastic mouse for MMOs, but for gaming in general.

The Naga has a total of 17 buttons, consisting of the traditional left, right, and wheel clicks, two additional buttons along the left click and a 3-by-4 grid on the side for your thumb. The 12 thumb buttons can take time to master, but Razer includes some stick on trainers to help consumers learn the needed muscle memory.
Software for the mouse comes included and allows users to assign different functions to the various keys, such as the ability to chage DPI settings on the fly. This can be useful for gamers that favor first person shooters, as they can raise the DPI while running and gunning and lower it for steady, precise aiming for sniping.
The Naga also allows users to switch the twelve thumb buttons from being assigned to the number keys across the top of the keyboard to the number pad found on the right of most keyboards. There is a simple switch below the mouse for this feature. Most gamers will likely prefer using the number pad keys, thus freeing up the top row of their keyboard for additional hot-keys in the off chance that the mouse doesn't already provide enough.
Styling is excellent as well. The black mouse has blue lights for the twelve thumb buttons as well as the wheel. The Razer logo also glows blue as an added accent. Any of the lights can be switched off with the provided software. The Naga is designed with sleek lines that make it exceptionally comfortable for the right hand. It would not, however, be comfortable or easy to use for the few that prefer to keep their mouse on the left.
I was fortunate enough to receive this mouse as a gift, and it has truly been the greatest mouse I've owned. Regardless of the game, be it an FPS, MMO, RTS, etc. the seemingly absurd number of buttons is fantastic for hot-keys.
The only thing that prevents me from suggesting this for every PC user is the price. Running around $70 to $80, it is expensive for those that don't use their PC for games. While the extra buttons can be useful for surfing the web, it is made specifically for gamers and would be excessive for non-gaming purposes. But of course, you wouldn't consider buying a Ferrari just to go grocery shopping now and then either.
