I COMPLETELY agree with all you said...Especially the cost factor. I could go thru a 4 pack a day but at $8 a day thats a bit much lol...
I acutally got a question for you (and or others)...U mentioned the "original" Red Bull at asian grocery stores. Is it kind of like a concentrate? Meaning if I mixed it with some carbonated water could I get the red bull experience we love? lol

...I like offbeat tastes like tequila, spicy food, certain asian herb selections and other exotic stuff, but I just couldn't warm up to the taste which as you call it, is... mediciney!

Aspartame is it in Red Bull and are people suffering? (Reply to this comment)
by surveysays
I heard Red Bull uses Aspartame.
This is seriously a major problem that is being hushed in order to continue selling the drink.

Pale imitation (Reply to this comment)
by dastr8poop
I'm afraid that the 'Klienfeld' (a word I also like) is just a pale imitation of the original upper/downer combo of Mount Gay Rum and Jolt. The 'Gay Jolt' has been a standard in my repertoire for years and a staple drink for whenever I've showed up late to the party, or, more likely, everyone else started early.
Personally, I like Whoop @ss over the Bull or Hansen's.

Fez,
Come on, lighten up. I have always been a fan and admirer of all that is pop. I like Red Bull, Pez, Quisp cereal, lunchboxes, and Ricki Martin.

The monkey lowers his head, and a puzzled look plays across his face. He realizes that all idols have feet of clay, but when they fall, he can not help but feel a deep sense of loss.
He slowly raises his left hand, and removes the Fez, worn so proudly at a rackish angle, and brings it toward his heart. Another has fallen at the hands of the purveyors of pop culture, and he silently weeps.
Returning his fez, he raises the collar of his jacket to the cold, damp San Francisco air. He takes a deep breath, feeling his lungs chill, and exhales to watch the mist dissipate into the fog. He turns, and walks away from the marker, inscribed on which are these faint words: Here Lies Megugrrrl -- She Used To Be A Rebel.

I call the Vodka Bull - "The Klienfeld"... don;t ask why, it's just when I first heard of the drink it was from a wonderful pictorial from Ler Lalond and he called it the Kleinfeld.
