Don't Feel Guilty Anymore, Keep Plenty Of Treats On Hand And You Won't.

Pros:These will help keep your pets wagging their tails.
Cons:Not too nutritional.
The Bottom Line: Treat your other kids so that you will not feel guilty when you want a treat.
My pets are my kids, and just like kids they are always on the look out for a treat or piece of candy. Just like children they know that sound of a wrapper of the bag of goodies, no matter if it is for people or animals. They will give you that same look and stare that your child will give you if you try and sneak a goody for your self and not share with them. How dare you have a snack without giving them a piece of it, or a crumb of what you are eating? Just like the kids they will jump at the chance to get into your mind, and let you eat the whole thing yourself. They make you feel guilty about eating the whole treat yourself. Well, if you will keep a stash of these on hand you can still have that treat for yourself and not feel guilty about eating the whole thing and not sharing with them. We found these little bits of freedom at our local pet store for five dollars for a five ounce bag.
Ingredients
These treats are just like all of the other ones on the market today; they do not have much nutritional value. What these do contain is 7% crude protein, a minimum of 5% crude fiber, and a maximum of 35% moisture. The ingredients are made from cattle bone and meat by products including corn syrup, chicken meal, water, sugar, beef, poultry fat, glycerin, fried cheddar cheese powder, salt, and real bacon. This is supposed to be wheat free but I really do not know how you can tell for sure.
Experience
Our four legged kids know by now where we keep the treats and they also know what the treat jar sounds when we reach for the treats and they get so excited that they start to dance the jiggle dance like a ballerina would do. Even before we can get them out of the container they will start to just about knock us over and each other over and them some times when we are just cleaning around the jar we will accidentally hit the jar and make that noise, they will come running trampling over each other.
These treats have a bacon and cheese smell to them, and the outside is in the shape of a white bone. It kind of looks like a mini rolled up hot dog. The center is brown and is a little bit on the soft and chewy side, where as the out side is hard and when they bite down on this treat the outside will flake away in little bit and pieces. These are overall not very big in size, they are approximately 2.5” in length and these will be just the right size for any size dog. Whether you have a Saint Bernard or a small miniature schnauzer these treats will smooth things over with your relationship with your four legged kids.
No longer do you have to feel guilty if you give yourself a treat. All you have to do is have one of these handy when you are treating yourself to a treat. I have not seen a dog that does not gobble these up in a matter of seconds.
Conclusion
These are not the cheapest but I prefer to mix our pets treats up a little. It will keep them interested in getting a treat and doing that little wiggle dance that all dogs will do for you. I also try to keep a variety of different types of treats this way they think that they are getting something special. But, in reality you are doing this for yourself so that you do not have to feel guilty. These are also an excellent stocking stuffer for your pets.
