A good summer beer

I look forward every year to the time when Redhook starts making their blonde ale again. It is the lightest beer they make, which seems to turn some people away, but I think it is the perfect complement to a warm summer afternoon on their patio. It is a smooth, easy to drink beverage, not overly complex like some of their other brews. If you're looking for a quick refreshing beer on a hot summer afternoon, this is a good choice.

I think that this beer tastes better fresh at the brewery as compared to the bottled version - it loses a little something once processed and bottled.

This is the perfect beer for summer bbq's.
