Cons: Makes hair way too soft to style...fine hair need not apply.
The Bottom Line: I am sure that if you have super model hair that is thick, supple, and managable, you will love this. For the rest of us....forget it!

Did it do what it promised?
This product's bottle promises to make hair soft and detangle your coif....that it did. I used it in the shower after shampooing. I will warn you now that I have fine hair and am reviewing from that standpoint. It suggests to leave on for 2 minutes. Perhaps for my hair that is too long, but I did follow the instructions. I usually do have knots and tangles to contend with after washing, and this product nipped that in the bud. So, it does do what it promises to do...makes hair soft and detangles.
Did it improve the way my hair looked or felt?
I have shiny hair and this did not alter that...I had shiny hair before this product and have it after. I am not really sure if it improved the look really. It DID make my hair feel healthy and soft. I was able to run my fingers through it afterwards and it smelled great.
What do you love or hate about it?
I loved that I could use this product and that my hair felt soft and healthy. I also loved the way my hair smelled after using it...but the cons outweigh the pros for this conditioner. I styled my limp hair after, like normal, but my hair did not hold a curl and fell flat against my head. It quickly became a "my hair feels nice, but it is a pony-tail kinda day." I like full, voluminous hair, but it did not happen. Do I still use this conditioner? Well, I paid $12.00 for it, so hell ya, I am still using it. I only use it after working out and before bed. Then in the morning, I re-shower and re-wash to get some more volume (I am sounding very high maintenance in this review...sorry).
Who should buy this product? Who shouldn't?
Fine haired divas...I'd look elsewhere for a product. Thick haired ladies...we all hate you, but give it a whirl.
Why did I purchase this product?
I am a sucker for great smelling stuff and my hairdresser said it made hair healthy. What can I say, I buy a lot of stuff and this was one purchase I should've avoided.
