Our KING RESTONIC mattress set is only 19 months old and sagged so badly where we slept on both sides with a hump in the center. We tried to get the company to honor warranty and they did not stating nothing was wrong with it.

We spent over $200 hauling our mattress to another state to the factory for repair and they told us to come pick it up after 2 weeks. After sleeping on it the first night, we immediately called the next morning complaining and they admitted they did nothing to repair it. They let us pick this mattress up (160 miles) without telling us that they did nothing to repair it! We were told 1.5" depressions are normal by "looking at it" and that was their test of warranty. The customer service rep told me that they don't make a practice of lying on people's mattresses to test them when I told him about the 5-6 inch craters we slept in every night. We too lost the battle and spent too much $$ on RESTONIC mattress, travel, plus our time trying to get them to honor whatever the warranty truly is. I wish I had looked on this site first because I was sceptical when my husband wanted to transport this mattress over there to begin with...all for nothing. BEWARE and don't buy or trust anything with the name RESTONIC. We too will be buying a new mattress set from a more reputable company name.
