I am convinced many of the reviews here are paid shills. And to the sales guy who sais people need to lose weight-shame on you for trying to put blame on people for a clearly inferior product! Our Restonic was purchased thru Hudsons Furniture In Fl. After 3 months my back began to ache. Never before in my 41 years have I EVER had an issue due to a bed...and I have had some old hand-me-downs. I have even slept in dirt and concrete in my years in the Marines. But this bed created a hole from which you could not escape that would contort my back terribly. That goes for me (190lbs) and my wife (120lbs). We are not 400 lb people!
Thank god we purchased from Hudsons Furniture. I reviewed the warranty and it stated it had a 10 year pro-rated warranty. I then called Hudsons and talked to thier rep. They sent a guy out who did an eval that seemed very fair. They determined it was defective...or maybe just a POS to begin with. They gave me a credit of the pro-rated difference of approx $900. I then used that to get a Sealy...which I am awaiting delivery. The Two Hudsons stores by us have earned out business in the future. Restonic however is another story.
