This Is A Real Lip Stick.....As In Pencil

Pros: My first stick lip color .
Cons: I will have to buy a new fat sharpener .
The Bottom Line: I think if you find it on sale try it . It is expensive for a hit and miss stick .

Ok , if you have been keeping up with my opinions you will know this is part of my $0.36 write off . If not , my favorite place to buy makeup is Eckerds . Why ? Well , because I can try out a would be product of $8.50 for only $0.36 in the mark down box .

This is not a brand I go out of my way to buy . I hate the foundation and Cover Girl generally has my favorite products all around in the makeup category for my price range .
This stick is the New Complexion stick . It has dual edges . One end states condition ( with a nifty arrow pointing in case you are drunk or ignorant and can't figure it out) . The other end is your color end ( another arrow ) . The stick consists of 0.13oz / 3.88g . I bought the color bares . It is a beautiful nude color that is slightly deeper toned on the color end and has slight shimmer on the condition end . I have full lips and lining is generally a no no for me . It makes my lips look too full or like I have drank juice and left a reminder on my upper lip . This stick however lines my lips beautifully . The condition end fills in perfect with even long lasting color that leaves a gentle natural stain once worn off . I was really surprised at how creamy it was since this is my first pencil lip stick . The stick goes on matte or satin which is not what I like to wear . To fix this problem and get the sexy glossed just been kissed look , I cover with another brand clear gloss . One of my favorites to use is Naturistics . It is clear , thick , conditioning , and sweet to the taste . This can also be found at Eckerds for $0.99 for the liquid roll on type .
I doubt I will pay $8.50 for the stick when this one runs
out . I do not like the smell of wood right under my lips when worn alone . The overall appearance of this shade makes you look like you were given the perfect lips at birth . Since it does have a liner to it , even those with thin lips can achieve the full lush look .
