Hey, Dawn! I wish I'd told you about cooking/baking with parchment years ago. I never bake without it. If you find you are using lots of it, consider buying sheets at a restaurant supply or perhaps a local baker will sell you some. Amazing stuff!

You must have had this added to the database because I've never seen it listed. I have used this a few times when I've run out of my usual brand and it's a true godsend for baking anything that has butter or oil in it.
