Pros: cleaner and wax in one
Shines and protects up to 6 mos
My husband and I were introduced to Royal Blue Wax at a recent boat show in Cleveland, Ohio. You know the drill – the vendors set up displays and call out to the patrons passing by.
Royal Blue Wax is a combination wax and cleaner made from a Brazilian Ivory White Carnauba formula. A 16 oz. bottler of Royal Blue Wax sells for $14.95.
The white plastic bottle of Royal Blue Wax has a black twist off/flip top cap. The bottle dons a black label with the words “Royal Blue” written in bright yellow. Don’t let the yellow color fool you, though, for the Royal Blue Wax is robin egg blue in color.
Royal Blue Wax has a medium consistency as any other liquid wax, as well as the same strong scent. It is a wax and cleaner in one.
The vendor at the boat show displayed the hood of a red car. He sprayed black paint onto the hood! He then applied Royal Blue Wax and rubbed gently. Upon easily removing the wax from the car, all the black spray paint had miraculously disappeared! Being a skeptic, I asked the vendor if I could try the wax for myself. After again spraying the hood with black paint, I applied the cleaner wax to the car and I was not only amazed how easy it was to remove the hazed wax, but how the car was brought back to a show room finish.
Royal Blue Wax dissolves discoloration and oxidation. The label on the bottle states the wax is “specially formulated for Clear Coat, is non-abrasive, eliminates water spots, remove swirl marks” all in a one-step application which lasts up to six months.
Royal Blue Wax is not only a great cleaner wax for cars and boats, it can be used on chrome, plastic, fiberglass, aluminum, gold, silver, brass, painted surfaces, jewelry, etc.
This fine, non-abrasive wax removes tar, tree sap, road film, bug spots, bird stains, oxidation, black streaks on boats, while leaving behind a protective wax finish.
I was eager to try Royal Blue Wax on my white VW Passat, which was discolored from bird stains, bug marks, and tar spots. I applied the wax just as I did at the boat show, gently rubbed off the wax, and the spots were miraculously removed leaving behind a high gloss shine.
My husband used Royal Blue Wax on our fiberglass shower which was water spotted from not wiping it down each time he showered. Within minutes, the shower sparkled like new.
What I like most about Royal Blue Wax, is the ease in which it can be removed. No more struggling and straining to remove wax after it has hazed.
I am eager for spring to arrive, so we can clean and wax our boat with Royal Blue Wax and get rid of those nasty, black streaks!
