Pros: The Price, Food.
Cons: Some old and dodgy equipment, some attaendants not really making you feel very welcome.
The Bottom Line: Overall a pretty good airline but dont go in with any expectations and you'll be fine!!

| chickenman1's Full Review: Royal Brunei Airlines |
Brunei is a fairly rich country with oil and gas so I was expecting something not too shabby from their airline and for the most part that was correct. Complimentry newspapers are available as you board, then once you are seated a prayer is said to Allah asking for a afe journey then either hot or cold towels are distributed which is really nice, they make you feel quite refreshed. Food was pretty good but on almost every leg they ran out of one option quite quickly but when they did they were willing to try and find something you like or in teh case of not having anything lefft a noodle cup worked quite well!! The attendants were presented very nicely and most were willing to help although some of the female stewerdesses made you feel as if you were putting them out when you asked for anything. The entertainment systems were good....if you got one that worked, all the way from perth to brunei then from bunei to heathrow and all the way back in teh same direction 1 out of our 3 seats had a faulty TV which was extremely frustrating and due to having such cheap fares the plane was pretty full so we couldnt sit in any other seat. On teh way back I was sitting next to someone who had alot of troubles thogh so it seems teh experiences you have can be extremely varied experience.
