PanaSync PL70i is the inexpensive professional monitor. It has a short tube (short variant PanaSync Pro P70 - depth, reduced by 62 mm, but large square of a screen), perfect frequency characteristics and broad passband.
The model PanaSync PL70i continues a series of the monitors constructed on DQ-DAF - new electron-beam tube, executed on technology "shadow mask". A main feature of this tube is enlarged angle of a deviation of an electron beam and, as a corollary, smaller depth of device.
The diagonal of a working area of a screen makes 40,6 sm (16 inches), size of a screen is 300x225 mm. A breadth of a passband of videotract is 202,5 MHz. The maximum resolution is 1600x1200 pixels with refresh rate of 75 Hz. Color temperature can be selected from four standard significances (9300Ê, 7500Ê, 6500Ê and 5000Ê) or is installed manually.
The dimensions of this monitor are validly insignificant: it height and breadth make accordingly 410 and 416 mm, and the depth - 382 mm. It is possible to consider as a peculiar record for monitors of such type. By the way to tell, by removing a rotated support, PanaSync PL70 it is possible to place on the computer with horizontal body - at the bottom of body of the monitor is special "feet".
The screen menu of the monitor allows adjusting more than 20 parameters of an image. There are setting not only geometric distortions, but also moire (distortion owing to interference effects). But among them, unfortunately, there is no possibility of convergence. The management of the screen menu is carried out with the help of four buttons located on a forward board of the monitor.
The monitor gives a qualitative image having high visibility and good colors. Clearness and readership of the text is good, moire is imperceptible. Marked defects - not eliminated convergence and nonuniformity of filling of color fields.
The availability of two types of plugs (15-contact D and BNC) already has become the standard for professional screen monitors.
