Great monitor while it lasted. Maybe I just got a lemon, but I didn't buy another Acer monitor.
I bought this monitor new with my new Acer computer. It worked wonderfully for about a year and a half. Then it simply failed.
I took it to a computer repair shop and was told that it could not be fixed - at least not for less than what it would cost to buy a new monitor. Imagine my surprise - this was still a fairly new monitor.
I cannot explain the failure. All of my other computer components continue to work fine. The new monitor I bought has worked great for over 3 years.
All I can say is beware and ask around to see if others had problems with this monitor before buying one.
