Good God That's Loud!!!

Pros: Affordable, good bass, nice to look at
Cons: When listening to certain music, it gets kinda muddy in the bass.
The Bottom Line: I recommend them because you get a great sound (for certain types of music) and a great price.

Ok, so I was looking for some nice speakers w/a subwoofer. Am I happy with what I got? Oh yeah. But first, let me give you what's not so hot.
You can't turn them up all the way, because then the desktop speakers get really garbled with the bass. They try to handle more than they can and it really messes up the music. Examples of artists I try not to play loud on my computer are Linkin Park and Usher. They just don't sound good. Also, there's an RCA plug that connects them to my computer. Sometimes it comes loose because I put my subwoofer right up against the wall and the plug sticks out so I can't line it up straight.
Now the good. These things are friggin' loud. My suitemate says he can feel the bass in his room next door. I love the color on them. The controls are handy, right on one of the desktop speakers and you can control treble and bass on it. That's nice. Not a lot of speakers have that. It's an excellent buy if you're looking for a 3-speaker system.
