| Meso's Full Review: Epson Stylus Photo 700 InkJet Printer |
So far this is the best printer (for my needs) I have seen yet. I have owned an Epson Photo 700 for about 1 year now and have never had any problems. Although it printer slower then some other printers and the text is a bit fuzzy (so people say anyways), it is superior in quality when it comes to pictures.
The Epson Photo 700 prints with one of the smallest ink jet droplets of any printer. This means you get a sharper print. It also uses 5 different colors (not including black) to make your picture look more realistic. There are many different paper sizes and types that you can use for it as well as a great software bundle and great utilities to help you manage, diagnose and fix problems that you might have (i have been problem free). As i mentioned above, it is one of the slower printers but the picture quality (1440x720 dpi) is well worth the wait.
I would recommend this printer to anyone who does graphics work, is in school, or just likes to have all the high quality hardware. If you just need a new printer and don't need the kind of quality the 700 will give, i suggest you buy a Epson Stylus 600 or 660.
