| frankwhite's Full Review: Compaq Presario 5BW130 (180504-003) PC Desktop |
I thought I had lost all hope for Compaq when I bought my last computer, the Compaq Presario 2256. However, my new computer, the Presario 5BW130, makes me realize that Compaq isn't so bad after all. As always Compaq has a load of preloaded software, most of which I use regularly. It also has the internet keyboard, which is very useful at times, and for the most part the hardware is pretty good. It would be nice to have a little more than 64 MB of RAM, but beggars can't be choosers I guess. Compaq's Tech Support is a pretty good; most operators tend to be helpful while a few have been hard to understand, I guess that's my uncultured side coming out, hehe. Overall, I would definitely recommend this computer as a good investment for a person or a family for that matter due to its user-friendly setup.
