You still need to add more details about what the laptop has, it I s good to show the bad points but the consumer also wants to know what the laptop is made of.
If you make any changes please e-mail me and I will rate it again.

You should provide details about this computer, rather than repeating the same information. That is considered "review padding" and will cause your review to be rated Not Helpful.
You still have plenty of areas to cover. For example:
How long did you have your computer before the problem started? How often does it happen? How many times have you contacted HP?
If you revise, let me know and I'll be glad to re-read.
