Pros: This portable has a lot of features, is reliable, easy to use, feels solid
Cons: Slow for the processor, no serial ports. Case lid button sticks, Hard disk small.
The Bottom Line: Good for people who want an inexpensive, reliable and well built unit. Power users probably want something bigger. Very satisfied for the money paid and the quality..

| rdeleon1's Full Review: Toshiba Satellite 2805-S201 PC Notebook |
This notebook I got was refurbished and have not had much wrong with the unit since I started using it. DVD performance was good, but a little choppy. Eraserhead mouse use was easy to learn and superior (in my opinion) to the track pad that other notebooks had. The starting memory was on the low side (64 Meg), so upgrade immediately after you get the unit. The case lid button sticks a little bit so keep an eye on it. On performance testing, the Celeron 650 did not do as well as the other machines in the processor class.
Color was bright and clear on the monitor. Upgrading the memory was a snap. All in all, a solid unit that should last for years.
