I bought this laptop for college. It runs great. It runs better than a Intel Celeron processor. It is quite thick and heavy. Sound system is pretty good for a laptop. A few wishes though. First I wish they would have given me the option of a CD-burner, because of the battery life, you can't take it on the plane and watch a movie. And besides, if I want to watch a DVD, I would rather watch it on a bigger screen with surround sound. I also wish there was a port for a docking station. I bought it from Best Buy, which is a reliable company. They helped me set it up. It came with Windows ME, with a free upgrade to XP. Nothing too special came with it. Microsoft Works package, Microsoft Money and other little products. Other than that, it is a great laptop, and not that bad for a college budget.
