Pros: Support, comfort and handles "activity" well.
Cons: None yet.
The Bottom Line: Do your research into the products benefits. It appears that the Kevin character was the only real issue before.

Let's face it the negative reviews about this Kevin character are enough to scare away most consumers. After doing some research prior to our purchase, march of 2007, we determined that he was nothing more than the retail face of the product. he was not an owner of the SAT bed company at all. He just worked out of a store in NJ. Because of all of the bad news associated with dealing with this gentleman we contacted the actual company, WCW, and were allowed to purchase the bed directly from them for the same price that Kevin offered. My wife and I purchased the King sized SAT and have been completely satisfied. My body needed no time to adjust to the product. my wife however needed about 10 nights to adjust from our innerspring piece of crap. We've had many friends and family member that have stayed at our house and tried the bed and express how comfortable it was. I had one friend that said it was a little firm to him when he laid on it then after about half an hour he was asking for the contact info for the company. As someone who has a healthcare background this really is a product that everyone should research before making their decision on what product to buy. We initially wanted one of those remote control beds but then read about all of the mold problems. We've had no such issues with this bed. It really is a great product. Why they don't have them in stores nationwide I do not know. We were happy to learn that WCW now handles all of their sales in house and no longer allows the NJ store to represent them. Best of luck to those of you researching beds. I certainly hope this was a helpful review.
