Pros: Small, lightweight
Cons: Can't transfer songs to/from computer (what is the point then?)
The Bottom Line: Avoid this product, 16 bit driver install will cause problems

I got this product to replace a creative nomad mg. This product so far has greatly disappointed me. First the install for the drivers is 16 bit and chokes on long path names, then when I move it to a different directory (C:\temp) it runs, but I still can't connect to the device (it shows up in device manager) Windows Media Player, Real Player and the RioPort Player ALL don't see this device (beginning to see a trend here?)
When the battery wears out in the backpack, you have to send the backpack back to SonicBlue for a replacement. That is a stupid design in my , as you have to come up with something to replace it then. Why can't the battery be replaced easier (I would like to have a couple of spare batteries actually)
