Cons: No such thing as "support"
The Bottom Line: This company is a major rip-off. Buy from someone reputable, and be prepared to return it.

Here's why: Try calling their technical support line and see how far you get... 800-468-5846. Oh, wait, they don't offer technical support there, and when you call their toll number (for which you will pay $19.95 for support - if you ever get a human on the line - which you won't), it refers you to another number because their's is too busy. When you call this other number, you get a busy tone.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT DOES NOT EXIST FOR RIO!!! And you will need it, because this thing shipped with a bug to begin with - it broke for us after about 6 days of use (works great when it does, but it doesn't). Please don't support fly-by-night, screw-the-customer firms like this. Or please do keep your receipt... You've been warned.
