The Bottom Line: If you need something small and with enough internal memory to give you a decent amount of playtime, this is it.

| bankrupt's Full Review: Rio 800 (128 MB) MP3 Player |
I previously had the Nike psa120, and was familiar with what I wanted and didn't want. I use my tunes while working out, and need something small and light with a belt clip. Nike previously fit the bill, but only held 64M of music. I bought a Sandisk 32M expansion card, but the card loaded much slower than the internal flash memory.
The Rio 800 has 128M of internal flash memory - enough for my workout without any additional expansion, so I get pretty fast downloads. It's very light, but not as small as the Nike. Just the same, it works real well - especially once you "calibrate" the battery. Instructions on how to do this are quite clearly inadequate.
So far, I recommend it if you have a similar purpose in mind for playing music. The other products out there with more internal memory are plainly too big to use while working out.
