The Bottom Line: Hard to use, terrible support - I'd advise against Sonicblue.

This now outdated product has never worked properly. There is a documented problem with the battery life and Rio support is tedious (at best). Worst, the support documents do not provide comprehensive information - there are software issues (windows media) and battery calibration procedures that are not available unless you are able to speak to a person. This is virtually impossible - the always busy phone number advises that they are busy and you should call back. Again and again. Online support will yield you tomes of paper with cryptic messages.

This whole Rio experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm ready to pitch the Rio 800 and I won't buy another product from this company
