BEWARE when your warranty expires. You are COMPLETELY on your own as SonicBlue does not repair units or have an authorized repair service. I got screwed. Don't bother with anything from RIO/SonicBlue.
I now only hear audio from one side of any type of headphone I tried using. Very frustrating. E-Mail customer service? Forget it. No response. You have to make a long-distance phone call for any response. For service, I was told that "maybe Circuit City or Best Buy can fix it." Nice. So helpful. They should be embarassed that this is the best they can do for a customer.
