mandylouwho's Full Review: Samsung BlackJack II Smartphone
I just bought my BlackJack II at the beginning of August. I had seen it online, was in the market for a new smart phone, and I decided to head to my local AT&T store to check it out.
Upon arriving at AT&T I saw that the BlackJack II came in more than just the regular colors (black, silver, red, etc.). It came in pink, and being a girl who loves EVERYTHING pink, I loved how it looked right away. The front of the phone is white with pink accents on the keyboard. The back of the phone is what I love, it is pink with a cute yellow and white circle design. The design is suttle, not to flashy or young looking. It gives the phone a bit of that extra wow factor in the looks department.
I decided to buy the phone from my local AT&T store. The phone retails for just over $300.00. However, my contract was up so I got a deal on the phone. After discounts and rebates, my phone cost just $99.00. You can't beat that price for a smart-phone!
The phone is easy to use. It has all the features you need for work and pleasure usage. The keyboard is great! It is big and the buttons are just the right size. The screen is large and bright with good quality. I like the agenda feature on the BlackJack II, it meets all my needs. I also really like the "to do" list feature this phone has.
One thing that I do find a bit irritating is with the text messaging feature. Whatever folder you leave up, say the outbox, when you last use it is the feature that comes up when you use it again. This becomes annoying when you have a new text or email and you go to look at it and you are still in the "outbox" folder. However, this small issue is the only thing that I don't like about my phone so I really can't complain!
