Went in for repair after 11 months, out for repair for almost 2 months,  now trying for second repair (of same problem) after another 10 months. So far Samsung's customer service is far from satisfactory. I've read (from Samsung) that the life of these is supposed to average 15 years. I never got 15 months of life. ($2200.00 down the tube?) Has anybody been able to resolve this issue with Samsung?As a side bar, I've bought a Sharp Aquos and got 4 year extended warranty at no charge. Now THAT is consumer confidence other manufacturers should follow.
