Pros: small. dual band. light, good layout

Cons: no address book software, mp3 usb port doesn't double as data link

Only had the m100 for two days, but makes my old Samsung 3500 look like a huge clumpy dinosaur. It's small, and light weight. It's also a dual band phone which makes life easier. not sure about the time it takes to erase old MP3, but the sound quality is good. Just wish I could sink it up to Microsoft Outlook. Enough of having to re-enter all my contacts a million times into various gadgets. You get a USB connection for MP3 download, but then you have to buy another connection cable to transfer data. I had to manually transfer all my contacts from the 3500 to this phone. Surely this should be able to be done electronically..
