I bought a new fridge in September, after having read dozens of reviews on several different brands.
I appreciated those reviews which offered the most detail - interior layout of both compartments, control panel configuration and location, digital temperature display, length-of-warranty and usefullness of owner's manual. The more information you provide to consumers, the more value they are able to extract from your overall experience.
Another consideration is the fact that reviews rated "Very Helpful" (or higher) attract more viewers and earn more "Income Share" (Epinions-speak for $$$ generated for your reviewing efforts).
Glad to hear you like your Samsung refrigerator. My Samsung washer/dryer has been a joy after almost 2 years.
