Pros: Good look, great list of features, easy to use memory interface.
Cons: Horribly inconsistent battery life, many missed calls, no export mechanism to get personal phone list out when replacing phone.

When I first saw the features on this phone, I thought it was too good to be true. And I've come to find out, in over 6 months of business use, that it is a troublesome phone.
First, the battery rarely holds full power. After full overnight charging, the supposed talk time of 2.5 hours actually ends up being anywhere from 15 minutes on the short side to an hour. The battery just never lasts -- thus, a car adapter is needed to keep talking without worry of power loss.
Additionally, the phone misses calls and notifies you that it has received a voice message. I just cannot understand how a phone cannot get an incoming call signal but CAN get a new voice message signal. Makes no sense. And, understanding full well the state of digital phone and signal technology only being in its infancy, I had better experiences (battery life and call reception) on the first Nokia Sprint PCS phone released in 1995/6.
Overall, the phone has bells and whistles, but you pay for them in sound quality, battery life, and overall durability. I've been through 2 phones and 5 (count em) batteries. Sprint is very good about exchanges, never requiring a receipt or even asking many questions. But they have to be with this phone.
See you on the way to the Sprint store to pick up a new Nokia. And, although it looks good and is quite small, don't buy this phone. You'll end up regretting your purchase.
