I purchased my Samsung 328 washer from Sears June 08 and have enjoyed it ever since. Newbies to front loaders might not grasp the concept of less water during washing to concentrate what little detergent is added.  Additionally, there are multiple rinses to ensure all soap and dirt are removed.  For some, having a wash tub fill with 25 gallons of water then wash, drain and fill again for a single rinse represents a norm they cannot overcome.  This machine like all other front loaders must be installed properly otherwise, you'll end up with a shaking machine.  Front loaders wash cycles take longer, but the results are better.  If I offered you cleaner clothes versus shorter run time, which would you choose? This Samsung machine has performed consistently well for me over the last 8 months.  My clothes are always clean and fresh.  I hardly ever use the silvercare feature, but I do use and enjoy the many different cycles this machine offers.  For the money this machine does an excellent job and without flaw in my opinion.
