This was my first front loading washer. I spent a lot of time reading the reviews on all the different brands and Samsung seemed to be the best all around washer. It was being installed on a second floor, so I had to take that into mind. It was delivered yesterday morning and since then I have been doing laundry nonstop. (I was without a washer for a week). I have used every setting there is, every spin cycle (it has low, medium, high, extra high) and I have not had a problem with any vibrating. The clothes come out smelling and looking clean. I have used the Silver care option too. I read a lot of reviews about how long it takes to clean. The longest being Heavy Duty with Silver clean. But lets face it, how many times do we actually use Heavy Duty. The normal cycle takes about 50 minutes. I also bought the matching dryer and it cut my drying time in half from how long my older dryer took. I can dry a LARGE load of towels in about 40 minutes. The washer has settings for towels and beddings. Just turn the dial and everything is programmed already. I especially love the child lock. What kid can resist the dial that turns and all the buttons! When the child lock is set the only button that works is the power button. I also love that when the washer is done you don't have that annoying buzzer going off. It is a nice little chime instead and even a little song. A welcome change. This washer is also VERY quiet. My laundry room is next to my kitchen and family room. We used to have to shut the door and still we would hear the washer going. I have yet to shut the laundry room door while doing laundry. It is so quiet. I have no regrets buying this machine so far. But if something comes up I will make sure to come back here and add to my review.
*UPDATE*
I have had this washer for 5 months now and it is still working just as well as the day I got it. My opinion has not changed one bit! My friends are amazed at how quiet it is. I can still leave the door to the laundry room open and you can't hear it. I LOVE IT! I have washed a king comforter with no problems. I have no regrets buying this washer.
