Pros: VRT, quiet, low soap/bleach use, Silvercare, Great customer support
Cons: Signal at end not loud enough
The Bottom Line: I would recommend this washer to anyone looking for a very quiet, reliable, effective, energy-efficient washing machine that will stay in its place (won't vibrate anywhere/hardly vibrates at all).

| dplus11's Full Review: Samsung WF337AAL Front Load Washer |
I researched front-load washers thoroughly before selecting this model, primarily based on the reviews I saw here. I will say that I'm thrilled with my purchase. The washer is on a wood floor on the second floor of our home and the VRT (vibration reduction technology) works fabulously! We don't even know that the washer is running except when it is filling with water and pumping the water out. As mentioned in a previous review, there is some vibration as it is spinning up, but, nothing that has moved the washer from its place.
I did buy this at Lowes. It was last year's floor model (2007) and I got it at a deep discount. I was very happy that they still offered the full 5 year extended warranty on it (they extend it 4 years after the manufacturer's first year and cover alot that the manufacturer doesn't).
I will also comment on the Samsung help line. They were fantastic! We didn't have a problem with the washer, but, our dryer was not cutting off when it got down to 1 minute (this was totally our fault; the outside dryer vent was blocked). But, the point is that after calling customer support and not being able to identify the problem, a technician was immediately scheduled to come out a few days later. I was very impressed with their quick response to our call! (They ended up not coming out only because we told the technician that we had taken care of the problem).
This is the first time I have ever given an opinion on a product, but, I'm so impressed, so far, with the operation of this product and the super customer support, that I had to tell others who are researching front-load washers that this is a great buy.
I only have to use 1/2 oz. of my laundry detergent, all my clothes come out very clean and my towels and bedding, especially, smell wonderful after using the Silvercare, I can fit more into the washer so I'm doing less loads per week, and my dryer times are shorter. I can also fit all of our comforters and bedding in.
I also like how the washer revolves a few times after the spin cycle to release the clothes from the walls of the drum. It "fluffs" the clothes instead of leaving them "smashed" against the sides.
The only thing I can say that I don't like is that the signal at the end of the cycle is so quiet that I can't hear it from the other room that easily. It is a pleasant tone and tune, just not quite loud enough!
I'll update if I do have any problems, but, at this point, I'm very pleased with this purchase! After spending a few months with $40+ trips to the laundry mat, it will definitely save us in the long run.
