I recently upgraded my phone to the Katana LX which is the predecessor to the Katana II. This is a great phone it's sleek and stylish and has that look that is professional, but not too over the top. It's got many features with the exception of tv since it's not compatible with the software needed to get that feature if it's on your plan.

You get about 5.8 hours talk time which is great and the battery holds up great(brand new). The camera is nice if you want catch a photo if you don't have a digital camera on hand and you can email to your friends and family.

For some of you who want a dependable phone this is a really nice phone to have as a first or upgrade phone. The best thing about this phone is that it's also practical to carry around and not a problem to own.

This is a good phone for someone who is a moderate to an experienced cell phone owner. If you're not a person who's technical with using the internet on a cell phone may want to reconsider owning a different phone without these features if it's too much of a hassle to use the internet.

It's a delicate phone so you have to be careful in handling it because it can break easily so users are advised to get a case cover for it to protect the face since it can be scratched and easily smirred with fingerprints. The katana LX has a silver front face that's easily scratchable so potential owners are advised to purchase a case for the phone to avoid fingerprints and scratching on the front.

This is a good phone overall because if you can get nearly 6 hours talk time that's better than some phones which get less than that. Battery strength is what a user should look for because that's what makes the phone work well. I've had many phones over the years, but out of all of the ones I had this one works a lot better and is more reliable than just any given phone that is a waste of money. For the price I paid for the phone it was worth it and I would do it again in a given moment.
