Yeah you're right. Having reviewed this almost exactly a year later I can see it from a TOTALLY different perspective. I have the same GENERAL opinion of it (that it's good but not super great), so my review pretty much stays the same. I did delete all the references where I thought it was made with fruit. Please re-read and re-rate if possible!

Actually there's no fruit in this beer. The fruitness that Saranac refers to is derived from the yeast, which imparts characteristics similar to fruit flavors. Also, there's no wheat either. Saranac lists 2 Row and Belgian Aromatic Malts, which are both barley, not wheat.
